“Our guest this week is Ted Jacobs, born in the suburbs of Chicago he began making up his own songs at the age of five, teaching himself to play piano and guitar. He attended Berkeley College of Music in Boston and after he sold his first song in 1985 he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a songwriter. Ted was a staff writer for Sony Music and many of his songs have been featured on TV and films. As a producer and artist he’s worked with the likes of Clint Black, Olivia Newton John, Joe Walsh, and the iconic Van Dyke Parks.” -Art of the Song
